Cancellation Policy

Single Service - Single services are held with a credit card, Spa Constantine gift certificate or service ticket number. The credit card is charged at the time of the appointment. Cancel prior to 24 hrs. to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds. SpaFinder/Wish Gift Cards may not be used to secure appointments -- a credit card is required and you may use your spa finder/spa wish card on the day that services are rendered.

Spa Packages and Multiple Services - Must be pre paid. Cancel prior to 48 hrs. to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds.

Special Promotions -Must be pre paid. Good for 90 days, after 90 days the balance becomes a open dollar amount to be used towards regular priced spa services. Special promotion balances may not be used to purchase another special promotion. Cancel 48 hrs. prior to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds.

Spa Constantine New Client Special &  Smart Circle New Client Intro-Additional cards may be purchased as gifts only. All 4 services must be booked on 4 separate visits for the location that is was purchased for. Maximum one discounted service per day. Limited appointments available for Friday & Saturday.A credit card is required when booking your appointment.  A 24 hour minimum is required for cancellations or service booked will be forfeited and a $25.00 fee will be charged for all upgrade services booked.  A 20% gratuity is recommended on the total value of service provided. This is a highly discounted intro special and the terms are different than regular priced spa services, packages and special promotions that we offer.May not be combined with any other discount, special promotion, spa finder/spa wish or coupon.

Private Spa Retreats and Spa Parties -No refunds.Must be pre-paid.3 weeks for  spa retreats/spa parties to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.Remaining balance after the cancellation fee may be used towards future spa services. 3 weeks prior - no cancellation fee; 2 weeks prior - 50% cancellation fee; 1 week or less - 100% cancellation fee. 20% Gratuity is automatically included.

Unused Service Tickets or Gift Certificates - For unused service tickets and gift certificates older than 1 year, our spa reserves the right to convert services to the original cash value that was paid if the service indicated is no longer available or the original price for the service has changed.

Cancellation fees will be applied to the credit card, gift certificate or service ticket that is being held, remaining balance may be used for future spa services.

 

Etiquette Tips

Arrival -Arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to check in time. We ask that first time clients fill out paperwork. A late arrival will determine the length of your treatment time. Your treatment will end as scheduled, so that we may serve our next guest on time.

Communication- Communicate with the staff regarding room temperature, pressure,technique etc... We value your feedback. In addition,at the time of booking your appointments, discuss with the associate your preferences for gentle, moderate or deep massage.

Do I have to disrobe? -That is your option, however, keep in mind our staff is trained to appropriately drape you with sheets for privacy.

Cell Phones- Out of consideration for Spa Constantine guests, please keep pagers and cell phones on silent.

Jewelry - We suggest that you arrange for your valuables prior to your visit with us.

Products - All of Spa Constantine’s products used for services and at home use are custom made exclusively for Spa Constantine Day Spas by Hannah Khouri. A skin care analysis is included with all of our luxurious facials. Our skin care products feature nature’s most enriching botanical vitamins,and minerals, to give you the best results the natural way. Our products are not tested on animals.

Preparation - We will provide you with robes, slippers and towels. Dress to your comfort.

Waxing and Microdermabrasion -These treatments are not performed on individuals using Acutane, Retin-A, certain other medications, prior use of an exfoliate, have thin skin, undergoing radiation treatments, chemotherapy or have Rosacea.

Medical Concerns - If you have any medical concerns please consult with your physician before visiting any spa. Dr’s approval is required for Pregnancy Massage. Fax Dr’s approval to 708 383-3144 for Oak Park or 630 969-1208 for Downers Grove prior to your appointment. We do not perform Brazilian waxing on pregnant woman.If you are expecting you may want to avoid treatments using deep pressure and heat. Please inform our staff upon scheduling your appointments that you are pregnant so that we may provide you with special comfort.

 

Information

Your Next Reservation - It is recommended that you reserve your next service prior to leaving the spa. Keep in mind that we do get   on the weekends. For your convenience,standing spa reservations are also available.

Lunch -Lunch may be added to spa packages for $15.A menu including sandwiches,salads and a choice of beverage from a local restaurant will be provided.

Payment -We honor Visa, Mastercard  & Discover Cards, debit, cash, Spa Finder, Salon & Spa Wish and gift certificates. No personal checks or American Express Cards accepted.Spa Finder and Spa Wish cards may be only used towards regular priced services,not all ready discounted offers such as special promotions,specials,spa packages.

Pricing -All prices are subject to change without notice.

Smoking -Smoking is not permitted in our spa.

Children -To maintain a peaceful environment, children not receiving services are not permitted in the spa. Guests under 16 may receive treatments accompanied by a parent or guardian and with a signed waiver.

Private Spa Retreats/parties- Spa Constantine may be reserved for your special occasion. Wine/Champagne may be brought to the spa ,however the staff can not serve it. Lunch may be added for $15 per person or you are welcome to cater. Please see Private Spa Retreat and Cleopatra’s Barge on our menu or contact a guest coordinator to customize a package. A 20% gratuity is automatically included.

Gift Certificates- Gift Certificates are available in any denomination. Gift Certificates can be sent anywhere. Special Gift Certificate wrapping included. Gift Certificates have no expiration date, are non-refundable, are transferable with the owners approval, gratuity is not included unless specified. Please present your gift certificate or photo id when services are rendered.

Instant Gift Certificates and Online Appointment Requests - On line instant gift certificate purchases and appointment requests are available 24 hours 7 days a week at our website, www.spaconstantine.com. Spa Finder/Salon & Spa Wish Gift Certificates - Honored for regular priced menu services. Can not be used towards already discounted services, day spa packages  or special promotions. Must be redeemed at the time of service. A credit card number will be requested when booking to secure your appointment time.

Skin, Body & Nail Care Products- May be exchanged. No refunds.

Confirmation Calls - As a courtesy the staff will confirm your reservation 24 hours prior at the phone number that was provided when the reservation was made. In the event you can not be reached, you are expected to arrive for your scheduled reservation.

Gratuity -Gratuity is not included in individual spa services or spa packages. 20% gratuity will be automatically included to spa parties and private spa retreats.
