Spa Etiquette , Information and Policy

Arrival:  Arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to check in time.We ask that first time clients fill out paperwork.A late arrival will determine the length of your treatment time.Your treatment will end as scheduled,so that we may serve our next guest on time.

Communication with our Staff: Communicate with the staff regarding room temperature,pressure,technique etc...We value your feedback.In addition,at the time of booking your appointments,discuss with the associate your preferences for gentle,moderate or deep massage.

Do I have to disrobe entireley for my spa visit? That is your option,however,keep in mind our staff is trained to appropriately drape you with sheets for privacy.

Cell phones and Pagers: Out of consideration for Spa Constantine guests,please keep pagers and cell phones on silent.

Jewlery: we suggest that you arrange for your valuables prior to your visit with us.

Products:A skin care analysis is included with all of our luxurious facials.Our skin care products feature nature's most enriching botanical vitamins,and minerals,to give you the best results the natural way.Our products are not tested on animals.

Preparing for your Spa visit: We will provide you with robes,slippers and towels.Dress to your comfort.

Waxing and Microdermabrasion:These treatments are not performed on individuals using Acutane, Retin-A, certain other medications, prior use of an exfoliate , have thin skin , undergoing radiation treatments, chemotherapy or have Rosacea.

Medical Concerns:If you have any medical concerns please consult with your physician before visiting any spa. Dr's approval  is required for pregnancy massages and Brazilian waxing after the first trimester,Brazilian waxing will only be provided for the first 4 months with Dr's approval.If you are expecting you may want to avoid treatments using deep pressure and  heat.Please inform our staff upon scheduling your appointments that you are pregnant so that we may provide you with special comfort.

Your next reservation:  It is recommended that you reserve your next service prior to leaving the spa.Keep in mind that we do get booked easily on the weekends.For your convenience ,standing spa reservations are also available.

Lunches: Lunches may be added to spa packages if requested for $15

Form of Payment:We honor all major credit cards,debit,cash,check,Spa Finder gift certificates and  gift cards,Spa Wish gift certificates and gift cards.Way Spa vouchers and gift certificates

Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice

Returned Checks: $50 service fee for all returned checks

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in our Spa.

Children:To maintain a peaceful environment,children not receiving services are not permitted in the spa.Guests under 16 may receive treatments ts accompanied by a parent or guardian and with a signed waiver.

Corporate/Employee Spa Treatments: Corporate Spa Retreat is available.Our gifting program is designed to reward your employees with a very special Spa Retreat.Spa Constantine may be reserved for a special spa retreat.(Special pricing will be applied for $500 and up)

Gift Certificates:Gift Certificates are available in any denomination.Gift Certificates can be sent out anywhere .Special Gift Certificate Wrapping for each Occasion.Gift Certificates have no expiration date,are non-refundable.,are transferable with the owners approval,gratuity is not included unless specified.Please present your gift certificate or photo id when services are rendered.For gift certificates older than one year,our spa reserves the right to convert service-based gift certificates to the original cash value that was paid if the service indicated is no longer available or the original price for the service has changed.

Online Instant gift certificate purchases  and appointment requests are available 24 hours 7 days a week at www.spaconstantine.com.
 

Gratuity:Gratuity is not included in individual spa services,spa packages or gift certificate purchases.20% gratuity will be added to spa parties.

Single Service Reservation,Rescheduling  & Cancellation Policy :Single service reservations are held by a credit card or gift certificate number.This time is reserved for you.For a  single service reservation cancellation or to reschedule, call prior to 24 hrs to avoid a cancellation fee,otherwise  a 50% cancellation fee will be applied on the credit card or gift certificate that is being held to hold the reservation. Remaining balance on gift certificate can be used for future spa services.

Multiple Services , Packages  & Special Promotions  Purchases,Reservation , Cancellation ,Rescheduling & No show  Policy:

All multiple services ,packages & special promotions   are to be pre-paid to pre-book. If this is a phone order,a receipt will be mailed to your home.For reservation cancellations or to reschedule, call prior to 48 hours to avoid a cancellation fee,otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will be applied and the balance can be used for future spa services. There are no refunds on prepaid multiple services,packages and special promotions.For unused service purchases older than 1 year,our spa reserves the right to convert services to the original cash value that was paid if the service indicated is no longer available or the original price for the service has changed. Special Promotions are highly discounted,for this reason they are valid for 90 days from the purchase date,after 90 days it will become a open dollar amount to be used towards regular priced spa services on the spa menu,after 90 days a special promotion balance can not be used to purchase another special promotion or all-ready discounted offer.Services that are included can be upgraded.No substitutions.

 

Confirmation calls: .Out of courtesy the spa staff will confirm your reservation  24 hours prior at the phone number that was provided when the reservation was made, In the event that the staff can not reach you,you are  expected to arrive for your scheduled reservation.
